Why Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach to therapy. CBT solves problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviors and cognitions through a goal oriented, systematic procedure. It works through the identification and subsequent turnaround of negative thought patterns. All thoughts cause our feelings and emotions. Via a structured method, deep rooted negative self beliefs can be removed and replaced with new and functional self beliefs and thought patterns, which is in effect life changing.

Who does Cognitive Behavioural Therapy benefit?
Anyone that may suffer from mood swings, anxiety, personality disorders, eating problems, substance abuse, negative thinking patterns, OCD, phobias and psychotic disorders.

How can I receive CBT?
Online CBT sessions
- Via MSN or Skype. Sessions can be conducted via messaging/chat.
- Talk via headphones and microphone.
- Or talk live on a web cam.

Private (face to face) CBT sessions
Please send enquiry form, clients taken dependent on location.

How do I start?
Fill in the enquiry form and email it to me. I promise to respond within 24 hours and schedule in your first session as soon as possible. All email messages are kept securely and deleted once Counselling is completed. All sessions need to be paid for in advance via paypal.
