All sessions and records are kept confidential. Sensitive data, including emails, chat transcripts and any manual notes I take, will be destroyed at the end of our final sessions together. Respect to your culture and privacy is maintained at all times.
Your identity and personal details will always be protected. Confidentiality will only be broken, whereby you have indicated that there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. In the rare event, I have to break our confidentiality agreement; this will be done with your prior knowledge, if viable.

All testimonial information that is published on this website is provided with full permission from my clients. All text provided within the testimonials are supplied as per the initial emailed/written submission, no amendments have been made.
It is not always possible to know if Counselling online is the most appropriate way for you to get help. If I believe that face to face Counselling would be a better way to help you, I would suggest that either we hold face to face sessions or, if this were not possible, I would help you to find a Counsellor near to you and support you whilst you made the transition to face to face Counselling.
