Stress Management

Stress, at an advanced level can cause discontentment in many areas of your life.  Inability to reach your work objectives, dissatisfying relationships, declining health and low self-esteem can be the result of too much stress. 

Too many people try to manage their stress through external outlets such as drinking too much, overeating, overspending or other ways of self-punishment.  Some people are not even aware that their negative self-beliefs and perceptions of certain situations are causing them extreme stress.  So the cycle of repeating the same patterns just continue and there is no end to the suffering.

For example, if as a child, you experienced significant events in your life whereby you felt deeply that you were a failure and then sub-consciously made that internal self judgment ‘im a failure’; events throughout your life from that point, would just reinforce that belief.  Failing at exams, not getting the job interview, being rejected in relationships, being overweight etc would almost be expected as deep within you, that negative thought and feeling prevail.  ‘I lost that person/job/money, but that’s ok, it always happens, because I always lose, I know deep down I am a failure’.

However, there is an answer to removing these destructive self-limiting beliefs – via counseling/coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy.  Together you and I, in a safe and totally confidential environment, will talk through your situation and identify what destructive thoughts are holding you back from achieving the life you want.

In the space of just two months, through eight weekly one hour counseling sessions, your life can be turned completely around.  Your feelings of guilt, anger and depression will be replaced with self-empowering feelings of gratification, power and faith within yourself.   The commitment to a two month program will achieve everything you deeply desire from what this life can offer you.
